Chief 5-12-2 (Rhineer) made the response and was updated by LCWC of a residence filling up with smoke and the homeowner did not know where it's origin was coming from. First arriving crews from 5-12 and 5-4 (Lampeter) performed the investigation within the structure and found melted plastic in a dishwasher, which was causing the smoke). Units ventilated the structure and cleared at 12:37 Hours.
